Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Bioform and our flagship supplement, Drop Before Bite.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • United States: 3–7 business days (average)

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days, depending on customs and local carrier performance

Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guarantees. Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, postal errors, or carrier issues are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free U.S. shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the site.


4. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check:

  • With neighbors or building management, and

  • Your local post office or delivery carrier.

Once marked delivered by the carrier, Bioform is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply.
Refunds are not guaranteed for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


6. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.
Bioform is not responsible for delays or confiscation of packages by customs authorities.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed:

  1. Check the tracking status provided in your confirmation email.

  2. Contact the carrier for the most accurate location update.

  3. If the package is not delivered within 30 business days (U.S.) or 45 business days (international), email support@getbioform.com for assistance.

Bioform reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether to reship or refund delayed or lost orders.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getbioform.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


9. Ownership & Risk

All products become the property and responsibility of the customer once they are shipped.
By purchasing from Bioform, you agree that the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery and Bioform is not liable for shipping delays or errors once the item leaves our facility.
